Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply when you buy reseller credits or a reseller panel from IPTVForResellers.com ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our service

We sell wholesale IPTV reseller credits and access to reseller panels for the servers listed on our website. You use the credits to create subscriptions for your own customers.

2. Orders and prices

• Prices depend on the server and the package you choose. We send you the current price on WhatsApp before you pay.
• Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment.
• After confirmation, you receive your panel access: username, password and the link to your reseller panel.

3. Credits

• One credit equals one month of subscription (for example, a 12-month code uses 12 credits).
• Credits are added to the panel of the server you ordered and are used from that panel.

4. Your responsibilities

• Keep your panel login private. You are responsible for all activity on your panel.
• You set your own retail prices and you are responsible for the service you provide to your customers.
• You agree to use our service in line with the laws that apply to you and your customers.
• Sharing or reselling your panel login itself is not allowed.

5. Refund policy

You are eligible for a refund if the credits you bought have not been used. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of your purchase. Credits that have already been used to create subscriptions cannot be refunded.

To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to you after we confirm the credits are unused.

6. Support

Our team provides support 24/7 on WhatsApp, before, during and after your purchase, including follow-up to help beginners get started.

7. Suspension

We may suspend a panel in case of fraud, payment disputes, abuse of the service or a breach of these terms.

8. Service availability

We work with our providers to keep servers stable. Occasional maintenance or interruptions can happen; if you notice a problem, contact us and we will help resolve it as quickly as possible.

9. Copyright

We work with content providers and take intellectual property rights seriously. If you are a rights holder and believe content made available through our service infringes your rights, contact us with the details and we will review and act on your request promptly.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
